The agreement is based on a state-of-the-art fully redundant infrastructure which relies on Al-Bawabas Libyan national backbone and on Sparkles international capacity – for the provision of Ethernet MPLS connectivity services to corporate customers. Its sales force is active worldwide and distributed over 33 countries.
